Unable to Install VS Express 2008... Have Vs Express 2005

Hi,

I am trying to Install Visual Studio Express 2008.. As I have Office
2009 Installed.
2005 express installed is Installed.

When I try to install vs 2008 I get message .. vs 2008 express can not
be installed..
because of 2005 studio express.

Do I have to uninstall 2005 express before installing .. 2008 ..?
I am using Windows 2007 ultimate 64 bit.. and it is up to date updated.

any help would be highly appreciated.

Please clarify. Office 2009?!? No such product for the PC. Do you mean
Office 2007?

By Windows 2007, do you mean Windows 7?

Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio 2008 (Standard and Professional
editions) can be installed and used concurrently on the same PC. This
article also implies that the same can be done with Express editions, with
some lmitations.
