Can I upgrade Visual Studio 2008 trial after the evaluation time is over?

I open VS 2008 trial and I get a modal box telling me that my
evaluation time is finished and I must:

Upgrade or Close

I click on Upgrade and my web browser opens at:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/ms123402.aspx which has a message
prominently displayed:

Content not found.

I've read that to Upgrade the only thing I need to do is enter my PID
number for the product I bought (Visual Studio 2008 pro Upgrade DVD).
Prior to using 2008 I was using 2005 standard, so accordingly my
license is valid.

Can I upgrade without reinstalling VS 2008?, if so how do I enter this
PID?

Stupid. All I needed to do was stick the new DVD in the drive and
follow the wizard.
