I apologise if this appears more than once. I launched it some hours ago but
it seems to have vanished into the bit-bucket.

Hi all

Sorry, but this has got to be the biggest 'newbie problem' of all time.

I had a previous posting out on one of the SQL Server ngs about
connectionstrings, but in the meantime I had to do a 'disk cleanup' (failed
install of a new printer) and things have gone pear-shaped.

If I run with a program in VS then absolutely nothing happens outside of the
IDE. Before, my browser opened at the page. It might barf, but it opened.
Now, I can F5 and first time around it will ask me if I want to add debug
and the server starts, but thats' it.

I've done a complete uninstall and registry clean, and then reinstalled. It
even screwed my Delphi system, which I've also had to reinstall.

I know I'm obviously missing a clue here, and it's getting a tad late, but a
clean install ought to be a clean install, IMHO. Could some kind soul please
send me a free clue. How do I get this thing to open a browser page?

TIA

Ian

I've discovered that it's only the default browser, Firefox, thatit's not
opening up in. The built-in browser and IE dislay it all fine. So, it looks
as though I've been digging in the wrong place, not unusual.

Cheers
